  • Managers and professionals who understand organizational behavior are better able to bridge business strategy and tactical execution than their peers. This course will focus on behavior, processes, and best practices as they relate to individuals, teams, and organizations. Students will be exposed to organizational & psychological theories, new trends, and case studies within business organizations and will review tradeoffs and implications. In order to gain a deeper .understanding of organizational behavior concepts and their practical application, students will participate in a mixture of critical thinking exercises, assignments, and active learning discussions facilitated by the course professor. To enrichen the learning environment, students will be expected to draw on personal experiences and those of the professor wherever possible.
  • This course will focus on strategic development and the integration of knowledge in functional areas of management. Students will be asked to examine the strategic role of information systems, marketing and management within modern business organizations and review those aspects of organizing, managing and controlling information systems, marketing and management in order to develop an understanding for strategic frameworks.
